Review variation or change orders and valuation accounts.

Review a daily, weekly & monthly progress reports in coordination with contractors.

Prepare the invoices of the completed works to the different projects and approval of the consultant.

Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise

Identify variation or change orders and prepare valuation accounts.

Review the supplier’s payment certificate by collecting the site timesheet, site request, all required approvals & documents as per company policy.

Make a daily, weekly & monthly plan in coordination with supervisors to fulfil each site daily requirement.

Coordinate with the consultant's representative and Site In-charge for all types of inspections to get their approval.

Planning the work and efficiently organizing site works to meet agreed deadlines.

Coordinate with the project team to organize the work and meet the requirements

Prepares regular progress reports and ensures that the site complies with current health and safety regulations.

Responsible for reviewing drawings.

Monitors subcontractor’s work schedule, safety performance, and work quality and Review and check quantity surveying works and materials take-off to check the accuracy of quantities

Monitor progress and compile reports in project status with manage budget.

Review the supplier’s payment certificate by collecting the site timesheet, site request, all required approvals & documents as per company policy.

Distributing each activity for each location as per each project’s requirements

Responsible & Follow-up staff of the labours in different projects, directing them and providing support.

Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials

Follow-up of contractors and ensure the quality of implementation work

Prepare the invoices of the completed and ongoing works to the different projects (Monthly Invoice).

Contribute to the process of selecting and approving sub-contractors/suppliers for construction services and materials.

Review the quotations submitted by the supplier’s and ensure that the study matches the specifications in order to comply with the project budget.

Organizing the labours movement between projects according to problems if available.

Follow the invoices of petty cash and review them before sending them to the finance dept.

Review inventory the projects quantities.

Responsible for handing over the finished works to the consultant.

Supervising the implementation and finishing works in the number of (65) residential building.

Make requests for inspection and receipt of materials on the site and review them well.

Reviewing the shop drawings and bill of quantities and matching them on the site.

Continuously observe and monitor the interface of all construction activities for all disciplines, assist the managing contractor in resolving any interface coordination issues

Provide leadership to ensure prompt prioritization and coordination of all unforeseen issues at the site, escalating to the Construction Manager and Site Project Manager as required.

Testing and operating various materials in all buildings.

Delivering high-quality work and handing it over to the consultant.

Responsible for inventory the project quantities.

Supervising the implementation of residential towers.

Writing daily reports.

Supervising the pile foundations works.

Supervision of architectural finishes works.
